If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 15 days from the date of delivery.
1.Order Cancellation
(1) Before Shipment: Contact customer service via email after-sales@greenoetech.com within 24 hours of placing the order to cancel without charge. Provide order details (order number, receiver's name). Full refund issued within two business days after cancellation confirmation.
(2)After Shipment: Items ship the day after the order is placed. Cancellation incurs recall costs from FedEx and USPS. Refund can be requested after the item is returned.
(3)Right to Cancel: GreenOE can cancel orders due to overselling or other reasons, with immediate notification and full refund.
2.Return & Refund Conditions
(1)Non-returnable Items: Custom-configured products and items from third-party retailers cannot be returned or refunded.
(2)Return Process: Initiate returns by contacting support with proof of purchase. Follow provided instructions for packing and returning items.
(3)Non-quality Returns: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an error occurred. Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged with all packaging intact to qualify for return. Refunds processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.

Warranty Period: Within 36 months from the date of ordering, if it is confirmed that the product itself is faulty and not due to human-caused, we will promptly replace the product or refund the money after confirmation.
GreenOE warrants that the product will be free from defect in workmanship and material to the original consumer purchaser. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser,
1. For the product of portable power station, the warranty period varies from 12 months to 60 months.
2. For the product of 12V LiFePO4 Battery, the warranty period is 5 years.
3. For the product of solar panel and accessories as cable, charger etc, 12 months is provided for the warranty service.
