If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 15 days from the date of delivery.
1.Order Cancellation
(1) Before Shipment: Contact customer service via email support@greenoetech.com within 24 hours of placing the order to cancel without charge. Provide order details (order number, receiver's name). Full refund issued within two business days after cancellation confirmation.
(2)After Shipment: Items ship the day after the order is placed. Cancellation incurs recall costs from FedEx and USPS. Refund can be requested after the item is returned.
(3)Right to Cancel: GreenOE can cancel orders due to overselling or other reasons, with immediate notification and full refund.

GreenOE warrants that the product will be free from defect in workmanship and material to the original consumer purchaser. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser,
1. For the product of portable power station, the warranty period varies from 12 months to 60 months.
2. For the product of 12V LiFePO4 Battery, the warranty period varies from 12 months to 36 months.
3. For the product of solar panel and accessories as cable, charger etc, 12 months is provided for the warranty service.
No warranty for gifts product and Warranty period may vary by country subject to local laws and regulations.

FAQs

Can not discharge？

(1) Check if the battery is firmly connected.
(2）Check if the positive and negative terminals of the battery are connected correctly.
(3）Check if the battery voltage is more than 12V, if it is less than 12V, please charge the battery first.
(4）Check if the load voltage matches the battery.
(5）Check whether the load current is more than 100A, make sure it is less than 100A.
(6）Make sure the discharge temperature is -4℉~+140℉.

Can not charge?

(1) Check that the battery is securely connected.
(2) Check whether the positive and negative terminals of the battery are correctly connected.
(3) Check whether the charging voltage matches with the battery and whether the charging parameters are set correctly. P.S. Use an adapter with a voltage of 14.6V±0.2V.
(4) Check if the charging current is greater than 100A, make sure it is less than 100A.
(5) check if the battery voltage is lower than 9V, if it is lower than 9V, please use a charger with 0V charging function to charge. 6. make sure the charging ambient temperature is 0.5V and the charging temperature is 0.5V.
(6) Make sure the charging ambient temperature is 32℉ ~ +131℉. 7.
(7) After the battery over-discharge protection, disconnect the load and wait until the battery voltage is restored before charging, or use a charger with 0V charging function to charge.
