1. GreenOE offers Free Shipping excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico on all items and we only service US customers.

2. Sales tax will be collected at the time of order settlement, and the customer's corresponding state sales tax will be paid directly through the Shopify platform.

Shipping Locations

Shipping is valid for shipping addresses in the United States and excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam for some products.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped out via FedEx. For some addresses FedEx cannot arrive, we will ship the package by FedEx and USPS.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. In most cases, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. This is often the day you place it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. All estimates are based on business days.

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate order shipments. Delivery will typically take 3 to 6 days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier.

For example, if you ordered one product from GreenOE, it will take:

1 business days for processing;

2-5 business days for delivery.

The shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notice our customer ahead for delays.

Products shipped via free shipping service are normally delivered within 4-7 business days after placing the order. 

During the busy Holiday season, processing times take longer than usual, and some delays are to be expected.

In the event of any shipment not being shipped out after label creation, shipments exceeding 8 business days have the option to choose order cancellations and return.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at support@greenoetech.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivery carrier.

Shipping Orders

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after processing payment. The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected events. Order(s) of various products may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through greenoepower.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

Orders Tracking

You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:

Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details.

Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.

For the exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.

If you haven't found the email, please check your spam box and add GreenOE to your contact list.

Note

1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

2. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if the product didn't meet your expectations or placed the wrong order after the order has been shipped out.

3.GreenOE is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs duties, delays or loss due to natural disasters, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
