GreenOE Shipping Policy

1. Warehouse Address

2. Shipping Costs & Taxes:
Free Shipping: Available on all orders within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Taxes: Sales tax is collected at checkout based on your state and is paid directly through the Shopify platform.


3. Shipping Locations

Eligible Areas: We ship to addresses within the continental United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Ineligible Areas: Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.


4. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via FedEx.
If FedEx is unable to deliver to a specific address, we will ship the package by USPS.


5. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment.
Delivery Time: The total delivery time is 5-10 business days, including 1-3 business days for order processing and 4-7 business days for shipping.
Multiple Items: Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.
Delays: Delivery times may be extended due to uncontrollable factors such as holidays, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly.

Holiday Shipping
During the busy holiday season, processing times may take longer than usual, and delays should be expected.
Missed or Delayed Shipments

For shipments not sent out within 8 business days after label creation, customers may opt to cancel their orders and request a return.
If an item is damaged in transit, contact us at support@greenoetech.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please provide specific details about the damage to assist with claims.


6. Shipping Orders

Order Shipping Timeline: Items are shipped within 1-3 business days after processing payment.
Risk of Loss: Once the carrier accepts the shipment, the risk of loss and title transfer to the customer.
Separate Shipments: Orders with multiple products may be delivered in separate packages.


7.Order Tracking

Order Confirmation Email: Sent after your order is placed, containing order details.
Shipment Confirmation Email: Sent once your item is shipped, including:
① Order number
② Carrier details
③ Package tracking number
Tracking Shipments: Use the provided tracking number on the carrier's official website to monitor shipment status.
Missing Emails: If you do not receive confirmation emails, check your spam/junk folder and add GreenOE to your contacts.


8. Important Notes

(1) Address Accuracy: Please ensure the shipping address is correct before completing payment, as we will ship to the provided address.
(2) Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:
The product does not meet expectations.
The wrong item was ordered.
(3) Uncontrollable Issues: GreenOE is not liable for shipping delays or issues caused by:
① Customs duties or regulations.
② Natural disasters.
③ Strikes or disruptions in air/ground transportation.
