If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 15 days from the date of delivery. 1.Order Cancellation

GreenOE warrants that the product will be free from defect in workmanship and material to the original consumer purchaser. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser,

2. For the product of 12V LiFePO4 Battery, the warranty period varies from 12 months to 36 months.
